The Child and Youth Services (CYS) SKIESUnlimited program offers Aikido Self-Defense classes for youth. Aikido is a Japanese martial art form designed and used for self-defense. The foundation of Aikido is the act of redirecting the attacker's energy, rendering it harmless. Classes are taught by Sensei Moore, a Shodan Black Belt. Open to ages 11-18.
