The Installation Command-Europe 2023 Flag Football Officials Clinic and Practicum Tournament will be held in the Baumholder Military Community.
- The clinic is July 11 to 14 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Education Center, Bldg. 8332 on Smith Barracks in Baumholder.
- The Practicum Tournament is July 15 at Minick Field on Smith Barracks in Baumholder. The deadline for team signup is July 7.
- There is a limit of six teams for this free tournament.
