Why Use Army MWR Fitness Centers?

  • They’re convenient. On-post locations make it easy to pop in for a workout
  • They’re affordable. Most services are free or low-cost
  • They’re comprehensive. From cardio and strength training to group classes and personal training, there’s something for everyone
  • They’re supportive. Fellow DoW patrons provide the charge your workout needs

The Facility is unstaffed during nights, weekends, and holidays. Risk assessment, and injury-reporting forms online allows units to meet required lead times and patrons to report incidents immediately from their phones. Digital access improves compliance, reduces unnecessary trips to the facility, and ensures critical safety resources are available precisely when supervision—and therefore risk management—is most important.
