Group Fitness

Join a fun and supportive environment with certified instructors leading a range of classes, including:

  • Strength and Conditioning. Total body workouts, HIIT, circuit training
  • Cardio Workouts. Zumba, spin, kickboxing, step aerobics

Individual Training Packages

  • Session (60 min.) Price – $45
  • (5) Day Package Session – $185 (discounted to $37 /per session) 
  • (10) Day Package Session – $350 (discounted to $35 /per session) 

Buddy Training Packages

  • Session (60 min.) Price – $80 ($40/ per person) 
  • (5) Day Package Session – $360 ($72 per session | $36 per session) 
  • (10) Day Package Session – $650 ($65 per session | $32.50 per session) 

Each session incudes initial fitness assessment, getting to know each other and find out which exercises are the most suitable for the client to create individualized program.

Programs usually include exercises under supervision to learn proper alignment, some homework to create commitment and to see results, and nutritional advice as most people ask for help losing weight. Furthermore, programs have more of a holistic approach nowadays, where wellness, sleeping habits and life coaching is included; however each trainer has their own plan.
