Join Army Community Service (ACS) for this training which includes the key factors and operational guidance essential to leading and managing an effective and successful Family Readiness Group (FRG).
This class will cover:
- Defining and understanding FRG Mission activities as outlined in the regulation.
- Understanding how to execute the FRG leader role within FRG
- Identifying methods of communicating with FRG members
- The roles and responsibilities of the FRG Team
- How to recognize non-mission essential activities, resources, and professional development opportunities.
