Independence Day on the Rock

Celebrate America's Independence Day and the 70th Anniversary of the Baumholder Military Community on the Rock July 2 from 4 to 11 p.m. outside the Hall of Champions on Smith Barracks in Baumholder.  There will be live music and activities for children and adults. The evening will end with a bang with fireworks starting around 10:15 p.m.

• Celebration events happening Saturday, July 2 from 4 to 11 p.m.
• Live music performances by Southbound Rebellion and the Willy Pete Band
• Car show
• K-9 Demonstrations
• Dunk Booth
• Kiddie Train rides
• Activities for children: bouncy Castles, face-painting, games and crafts

Fest foods and drinks will be available for sale. The evening will end with a bang with fireworks starting around 10:30 p.m.
