Feeling the stress or other challenges of life? Want to build resiliency, develop self-awareness and boost self-esteem? The Baumholder Arts and Crafts Center, Bldg. 8104 on Smith Barracks, has a “Resiliency through Art” program every Monday at 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.
- Cost is $5. Each session is about 1.5 hours.
- Art is a wonderful creative outlet for expression and can provide great relief for anyone. Come and explore your creativity. Communicate through art and practice mindfulness in a comfortable setting in our center.
- Various art materials will be available during this relaxing open art session where the focus is on the process rather than the product.
- No prior art experience is needed or required!
