Beginner's and experienced riders will love this sweat-to-the-beat cardio workout.  It's so much fun you'll forget that it's also exercise!

Our instructor is also a personal trainer who will integrate upper body and abdominal movements for a full-body work out.  Spin is a low-impact cardio workout that is suitable for people who want to balance out higher-impact exercises, like running, or for people with joint issues.
