Virtual 4K Run/Walk

Participate by walking or running, be sure to wear your favorite red, white and blue running outfit to show your pride and commitment to having fun and enjoying fitness. Grab your pet and/or family member and head out to celebrate this Fourth of July that will be one to remember... with a commemorative T-shirt for adults!

The first 50 to complete the run and post their time and distance by a tracking device will receive a T-shirt designed especially for this event. All pictures must be posted in the comments/discussion section of the Facebook event by 1 p.m., July 4.

This is a one-day event and can be run/walked anywhere, even on your own treadmill at home. Open to all ages!

Also, one winner will be randomly chosen to be entered into the MWR 4th of July sweepstakes to be eligible to win one of the following:
