The Mountaineer and Hall of Champions Physical Fitness Centers offer a wide variety of personal training options to meet your fitness goals and personal trainers are available at both locations. These facilities offer a wide variety of Sports and Fitness Programs, along with state-of-the-art cardiovascular and strength training machines and equipment, saunas, racquetball courts, group exercise classes and various health and wellness services.

Did you Know Baumholder is home to the Army's only aquatics facility in Germany? The Aquatic Center and swimming pool is open to all SOFA ID cardholders and their family members. Children 12 and under need to be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian. Youth, 13 and over with a valid SOFA ID can use the pool unaccompanied. The pool is open to local nationals, contractors and others with a valid installation pass that authorizes use of MWR facilities.
