Hispanic Heritage Month Staged Reading

Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with a special FREE staged reading and cast talkback of two short plays by Alvaro Saar Rios, bringing to life the stories of Hispanic culture, directed by and featuring members of the Latinx community! Both plays will be read by actors, followed by an interactive Q&A session and audience talkback. The event is open to the public, everyone's invited.

-- La Liorona’s Sidekick: Three destructive entities and a lucha libre wrestler audition to be the sidekick of the most legendary spirit. Who will be chosen?

-- Alien Menudo: A grandmother attempts to make menudo out of the extraterrestrial she battled in her backyard. Unfortunately, she can’t find her menudo pot!
