Kaiserslautern Outdoor Recreation and Baumholder Outdoor Recreation have teamed up to make it even easier for you to cross items off your European Travel Bucket List. The same adventures begin at your choice of either Smith or Pulaski Barracks, and an early bird discount makes your adventures more affordable.

The entire city center of Salzburg is designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is filled with countless ways to spend a day. Follow the footsteps of Maria von Trapp on the Sound of Music tour, or delve into the past and visit the birthplace of  Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart! Climb the footpath (or ride the funicular) to the nearly 1000 year old Salzburg Fortress, one of the largest medieval castles in Europe. Sample the brew of the month at the Stiegl brewery. Dig into some delicious Austrian desserts like Sachertorte, Kaiserschmarn, and the world famous Salzburger Nockerl. Animal lovers can visit the Salzburg Zoo or see dinosaurs and exotic fish at the Haus der Natur. Shop among the architectural wonders of the old city, or just relax in one of the many palace gardens.   • Early Bird Registration 14 or more days prior to departure: $99 per person
  • Full Price registration 13 or fewer days prior to departure: $119 per person

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations requested 48 hours prior to trip departure will receive a 90% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to departure will receive a 50% refund.
  • There is no refund for no-shows or cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to departure.
     
  • In the event that a customer cancellation results in a fee charged to Outdoor Recreation, regardless of the date of or reason for that cancellation, the total sum of those fees will be passed along to the customer.
