Unused hotel rooms will be released back to the vendor on the deadline.
Empty seats on the transport vehicle do not guarantee hotel availability once the room release deadline has passed.
Rebooking fees, higher hotel costs, or other vendor supplements may apply to reservations made on or after Wednesday, December 16

What to Bring:

  • Skis or snowboard, boots, poles, hat or helmet, sunglasses or goggles, sunscreen
  • Waterproof outerwear including mittens or gloves and multiple layers of inner clothing

Any required paper or electronic travel documentation is the personal responsibility of each traveler

Cancellation Terms:

  • 10% cancellation fee for all cancellations made on or prior to Friday, December 11
  • 50% cancellation fee for all cancellations made on or after Saturday, December 12
  • 100% cancellation fee for all cancellations made on or after Tuesday, December 15
     
  • In the event that a customer cancellation results in a fee charged to Outdoor Recreation, regardless of the date of or reason for that cancellation, the total sum of those fees will be passed along to the customer.
