Bench Press & Farmers Carry Competitions

Bench Press and Farmer’s Carry Independence Day on the Rock Competitions!

Event will take place on Friday, July 4 at the Independence Day on the Rock celebrations taking place on Minick Field in Baumholder. 

Registration will be on-site from 4 to 4:15 p.m. for for both events.

The Bench Press Competition will start directly at 4:30 p.m. | the Farmers Carry at 5:30 p.m. 

• Event is for adults only (18 and older) in both male and female categories. 
• No more than 10 participants for each category/ per event.
• First place winner for both male & female categories will receive a gold medal and a t-shirt.
