It's almost the winter and what better way to kick it off than a tour of the famous Black Forest with Outdoor Recreation!

Spend the day in Germany's famous Black Forest!

What better place to see than Triberg Germany. Start off with a hike to one of Germany's tallest waterfalls. From there we will head into Triberg where you can soak up all the village has to offer. Enjoy multiple Cuckoo clock shops to include the infamous House of 1,000 Clocks. The day wouldn't be complete with out some Black Forest Ham, Cherry Brandy, and of course Chocolate Cake (schwarzwälder kirschtorte).

Trip Includes:

  • Round trip transportation to Triberg, Germany

What to bring:

  • Comfortable, weather appropriate clothing  and shoes
  • Snacks, drinks, a packed lunch (You will have an opportunity to go to sit down and enjoy a meal.
  • Euro and VAT forms (to purchase video of your jump)
  • Military ID

Departure:

  • Trip departs at 6:45 a.m. from Kaiserslautern Outdoor Recreation, Pulaski Barracks, bldg. 2905
  • Trip departs at 7:45 a.m. from Wagon Wheel Theater, Smith Barracks

Return: Approximately 10 p.m.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations requested 48 hours prior to trip departure will receive a 90% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to departure will receive a 50% refund.
  • There are no refunds for no-shows or cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to departure.
     
  • In the event that a customer cancellation results in a fee charged to Outdoor Recreation, regardless of the date of or reason for that cancellation, the total sum of those fees will be passed along to the customer.
