Take part in this interactive class! Bring a partner or friend, water, and wear comfortable clothes. This is an In-Person Class.

Topics include:

  • Birth environment
  • Positions for labor & birth
  • Use of tools such as a birth ball 
  • Role of your birth partner 
  • What to expect when you enter labor and delivery

Army Community Service offers a variety of workshops. All workshops are open to U.S. ID card holders ONLY. For more info call our office.
