Take part in this interactive class with the Army Community Service (ACS) Family Advocacy Program. KMC Doulas, New Parent Support and LRMC presents: Comfort Measures and Relaxation for Childbirth!
Bring a partner or friend, water, and wear comfortable clothes.
Topics include:
- Massage and acupressure
- Positions for labor
- Use of tools such as the birth ball
- Meditation and focusing techniques
- Aromatherapy
- Hot and cold therapies
