Winter Safety Check
Community members can get their vehicles ready for the colder months at the free winter safety check Friday, Oct. 18 from 11 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. at the Baumholder Automotive Skills Center, Bldg. 8438 on Smith Barracks.
Professionals will check to ensure customers’ POV’s are up to safety standards.
- The trained staff will be on-hand to inspect tires (condition and air pressure), fluid levels and conditions, wiper blade condition and more.
- Staff will also explain the German road rules for winter tires and help to prepare winter emergency kits and selling already prepared kits.
