Join Baumholder Sports & Fitness for the Get Fit & Eat Right Challenge! What’s in it for you? Access to expert nutrition and fitness guidance, free fitness classes, weekly weigh-ins and body composition measurements, weekly support sessions, and e-mails to keep you on track, and prizes!
The prize will be awarded to the top participant; the winner will be determined by the percentage of weight lost. Mandatory initial sign-up/weigh-in: Aug. 19, 7 a.m. at Mountaineer Fitness Center. Final weigh-in and prize giveaway will be Sep. 17.
Cost: $20.
