In the afternoon we will continue to Montecatini Terma. After checking into your hotel, you can enjoy the rest of your day exploring the spa resort, perhaps taking a funicular ride to Montecatini Alto, the original Montecatini settlement, lying a few hundred meters above the 'new' town.
