Who will be crowned King and Queen of "The Rock"? Baumholder Sports and Fitness invited you to compete to be declared fitness royalty.
Events in the contest include bench press, deadlift, and squat.
Awards will be given in light, middle, and heavyweight divisions.
Cost
No charge to participate.

Must pre-register at Mountaineer Fitness Center by November 3rd.
