New Year-New You Challenge

Take part in this 10-day fitness and health challenge.

Take part in the 2024 New Year-New You Fitness Challenge from Jan. 12 to Jan. 25 at the Hall of Champions Fitness Center. This is a 10-day fitness, health and diet challenge.

The final weigh-in will be Jan. 25 from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.  

  •  1st Place will be award with the prize being a “Fitbit” Watch.

Challenge includes:

  • Expert fitness advice (form, technique, how to increase your personal level of fitness)

10-day Nutritional Guidelines, Advice, & Diet Plans provided, includes:

  •   How to find the excesses/deficiencies in your diet
  •   How to cleanse & detox your body nutritionally
  •   The basics of intermittent fasting and how to structure your diet
  •   How to find your own food-personality
  •   New Years New You 10-day diet guidelines

Fitness Classes provided throughout the 10-day challenge, includes:

  •   HIIT classes
  •   Circuit-training classes
  •   3-mile challenge
  •   Body blast classes
  •   Cardio/abs classes

Mind-body exercise classes provided throughout the 10-day challenge, includes:

  •   Meditational stretching routines for injury prevention and recovery.
  •   Breath Meditation - activating your body’s natural relaxation response.
  •   Guided Imagery - how to find a place of comfort and healing.
  •   Progressive Muscle Relaxation - facilitate healing through relaxation.
Cost

Cost is $10 per person.

Registration is January 12 from 6 a.m.-7 p.m. at the Hall of Champions.
