Finding time to get a workout in with young ones can be hard. Join other parents with young ones and get a great workout in with the Stroller Fitness Classes at Hall of Champions/Minnick Field every Monday and Thursday from 9:30-10:30 a.m. starting this Thursday, May 23.
Class will incorporate circuit training and functional fitness.
