Register Now!The 7-Day Summer Shred Challenge, held Aug. 15 to 22 from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Hall of Champions Physical Fitness Center, Bldg. 8105 on Smith Barracks in Baumholder.
Registration is now until Aug. 14
- Initial weigh-in is Aug. 15
- Final weigh-in is Aug. 22
Program includes: Seven-day diet plan; several fitness classes; expert nutritional advice; and wellness classes.
