To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees, please adhere to the following guidelines:

• This event will be open to the public, all Military personnel, their families as well as the German public are cordially invited to celebrate 75 Years of Americans in Baumholder & the 250th Anniversary of American Independence.
• Safety is a top priority. Security measures will be in place, such as bag checks, enhanced security personnel, and emergency protocols. Please ensure you have a form of identification when you enter the event at the main entrance. 
• All attendees should report any suspicious activity or concerns to event staff or security personnel immediately.

• Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: fireworks, weapons, drones, or BBQs/cooking units, coolers, outside food or drinks, bicycles, skateboards, rollerblades, and scooters are not allowed.
• Service animals are always welcome, but please note that pets or other animals are not permitted.
• Be prepared: remember to bring sunscreen, water, hats, and other comfort and safety measures to ensure an enjoyable experience.
• Collapsible or foldable type lawn chairs, and are permitted within designated areas.
• Guests must follow all instructions and announcements made by event staff for the safety and enjoyment of everyone.
• Respect the environment and dispose of trash and recyclables in the designated bins provided throughout the event area.
• Use designated walkways and paths when moving between different areas to ensure pedestrian safety.
• No unauthorized solicitation or commercial activity is permitted.
• Attendees are responsible for the safety and supervision of their children at all times.
• Lost and found items should be reported to event staff or turned in at the designated lost and found area.
• Be mindful of your personal belongings and valuables. The event organizers are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
• Guests must comply with any additional security measures or screenings implemented for the safety and security of all attendees.
• Any violations of event rules or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the premises.
