The Baumholder Better Opportunities of Single Soldiers (BOSS) and the Hall of Champions Physical Fitness Center are hosting BOSS Life Skill-Meditational Fitness weekly classes at the Hall of Champions, Bldg. 8105 on Smith Barracks in Baumholder.
Classes are in the afternoon from 4 - 5 p.m. and begin Aug 21 and continue until Sep. 8.
