Baumholder Warrior Zone

The Warrior Zone is a modern multi-purpose entertainment center for Soldiers to socialize, relax, play video games, and card games.  Troops gather to watch sporting events on large, high-definition, flat-screen TVs, while eating, gaming and mingling.  

The Warrior Zone offers:

  • Computers for customer use

  • Free Wireless

  • Daily movies played through a home theater set up
  • Food and beverages for purchase (on site or close by)

Offering economical and convenient locations right on post for relaxation and entertainment, it’s the perfect recreational facility for Soldiers and their guests 18 and over.

1. Who can use the Warrior Zone?

The Warrior Zone may be utilized by authorized ID card holders only, ages 18 and older, who are active duty Service Members.

2. Can I bring guests to utilize the facility?

Yes. Guests over 18 years of age, to include foreign nationals, may accompany personnel authorized by AR 215-1.  Restrictions established under regulations based on the customs provisions of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) apply to these guests (e.g., purchasing duty-free items).  Authorized personnel inviting guests assume full responsibility for their guests including utilization or payment for services or products consumed on the premises.  Exceptions will be sought locally for special events made open to the general public.

3. What kind of entertainment is offered at the Warrior Zone? i.e. computers, WIFI, movies, pool table, etc.

Facilities offer state of the art gaming stations to include Xbox & PlayStation.  To stay current with technology and new releases, games and equipment are updated annually or sooner as required.  The facilities also house a movie theater, a computer quiet room, and a space for private party room reservations. Free WiFi is available throughout the building. Pool tournaments, playing card tournaments, food and beverages are also available in the facilities. TV Sporting events nights are also hosted.  The facility provides AFN satellite TVs throughout the facility.  The facility has board games, poker nights, gaming tournaments and a variety of seasonal events.
