The Medical EFMP office manages enrollment and ensures Families are placed at duty stations with the right support.

Medical EFMP office

  • We handle enrollments, updates, disenrollments, and overseas screenings
  • We help Families with a wide range of special needs, including autism, asthma requiring frequent care, diabetes, developmental delays, mental health needs, and requirements for assistive equipment
  • We can help you with forms like DD 2792 (Medical), DD 2792-1 (Education), and DA 5888 (Overseas Family Travel)

  • The Educational Support Playgroup offered in Baumholder on the Army Community Service monthly calendar on Tuesdays 3 p.m. and Thursdays 11 a.m. will not take place on the following dates: Oct. 9 ,14 & 16 The Support playgroup will resume on Oct. 21 following regular times and locations.
