Balloon art is not just for clowns anymore! Many people have taken this art form and created a successful business for themselves. Learn the basics of balloon sculpting at the Art & Crafts Center in a fun and interactive class. Even if you have never touched a balloon before, you will walk out of this class with a smile and a finished art project to impress your family and friends.
