Kaiserslautern Outdoor Recreation and Baumholder Outdoor Recreation have teamed up to make it even easier for you plan your 2024/2025 winter sports season. The same ski trips begin at your choice of either Smith or Pulaski Barracks, and an early bird discount minimizes your costs.

Crans-Montana SkiingThe resort has a total of 140km of slopes presenting plenty of options when it comes to snow sports – all easily accessed via dedicated ski lifts. The Crans-Montana ski slopes stretch high up to the Plaine Morte Glacier, which itself sits at 3,000m above sea level.

Cost

  • Early Bird Registration 14 or more days prior to departure: $129 p.p
  • Full Price registration 13 days or fewer prior to departure: $149 p.p.
  • 2-hour adult beginner ski or snowboard lesson: $25 p.p based on instructor availability

Trip Includes: 

  • Round trip transportation
  • Free ski/snowboard equipment rental
  • Lift Tickets are NOT included

What to Bring:

  • Skis/Snowboard, boots, poles
  • Hat or helmet, sunglasses or goggles
  • Waterproof outerwear/gloves
  • Multiple layers of inner clothing
  • Credit/Debit Card or Euro
  • Military ID

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations requested 48 hours prior to trip departure will receive a 90% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to departure will receive a 50% refund.
  • There is no refund for no-shows or cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to departure.
  • In the event that a customer cancellation results in a fee charged to Outdoor Recreation, regardless of the date of or reason for that cancellation, the total sum of those fees will be passed along to the customer.
