During the period of library closures, our garrison customers without
library accounts are welcome to apply for an account by sending an email to
usarmy.sembach.erlsc-staff@mail.mil. Library staff will be monitoring the
email to ensure a timely reply to the request. Accounts will be set up with a
90-day expiration date. When our locations reopen, new applicants should
visit their garrison library to validate their library account so that they
can check out physical materials and to continue using the online resources.
