Today we recognize Juneteenth, a powerful day in American history that marks June 19, 1865, when the last enslaved African Americans learned of their freedom following the Civil War. 

Holiday Notice: Some Family & MWR facilities may be closed or operating on adjusted schedules in observance of the holiday.
